One-Day class on the essentials TRAINING (May 13) with USPSA Grandmaster and National Champion Joey Sauerland
Two-Day class on the essentials of training (day 1) and the essentials of match performance (day 2)

Bring your own drinks and snacks for the day.
One or two day course with Grandmaster and multi-division USPSA National Champion Joey Sauerland. Your options are to do day 1 or both days, it is not recommended to do only day 2 as concepts and skills from day 1 will be required in day 2.
Day 1: Training – How to train, what should you be doing with the limited amount of live fire you can do? What should you be accomplishing in dry fire? How to do it. Visual information processing, movement training, transitions, shot calling and makeup shots, and more.
Day 2: Performance – How to bring it all at the match. Mental and physical preparation, stage planning, execution, speed control, mental game, and more.
