Day 1: both live and dry fire training techniques for rapid improvement and most efficient use of training time. We will cover grip and recoil management, shooting for accuracy, shot calling, transitions, vision, and speed. This class is intended for those who have shot USPSA before and are looking for time and cost effective training methods to improve quickly. The Sauerland method is characterized by going from complete beginner to Grandmaster and multi-division national champion in 4 years mostly with dry fire. Time is money, and money is money, we’re here to learn how to maximize gains and minimize losses.

Day 2: Performance at the match, under pressure, under the timer, hit factor, stage planning, mental game, execution process. How to bring the skills you build in training to bare on every stage.
