This class is about shooting skills, but heavily centers around the methods used by Sauerland to reach top GM/National Champion status without much live fire: dryfire, movement, gamification of training, and more.

Day 1 – How to train: Dryfire training for all skills, livefire essentials of grip, recoil management, and shot calling, how to train your transitions, and all different types of movement training.
Day 2 – How to perform: A day of shooting stages with individual feedback after each run, and tips/instruction on performance under pressure, stage planning, strategy, and match execution.
