Two day class on how to train, and how to perform at the match with multi-time USPSA National Champion Joey Sauerland. This class is about shooting skills, but heavily centers around the methods used by Sauerland to reach top GM/National Champion status without much live fire: dryfire, movement, gamification of training, and more.

Day 1 – How to train: Dryfire training for hit factor competition. Sauerland made Grandmaster and won his first USPSA Nationals with less than 35k LIFETIME live fire rounds spent in practice, serious gamification of good dry fire is key and allows for mass volume of training that most people won’t do. Essentials of grip, recoil management, and shot calling, how to train your transitions, and all different types of movement training.
Day 2 – How to perform: A day of shooting stages with individual feedback after each run, and tips/instruction on performance under pressure, stage planning, strategy, and match execution, prescribed drills and practice for weak points. (Expect 10 stages, like a major match)
