One day class covering both live and dry fire training techniques for rapid improvement and most efficient use of training time. We will cover grip and recoil management, shooting for accuracy, shot calling, reducing stage times by training movement speed, movement quality, and movement efficiency. A small physical fitness component will also be included, intended for all levels.
