This will be a learning experience like no other, you will be learning from FIVE of the best practical shooting competitors in the US, and at the same time shooting the equivalent of a USPSA major match. More value and more experience than any other training opportunity available.
Class format: The class will be in the format of a match, with squads rotating between stages. When you and your squad show up on a stage, waiting on you will be one of the best pistol shooters in the country, for example, Aaron Eddins. Eddins will teach you in the typical class-style format a skill that he excels in, after learning and practicing, you will apply it to the stage and shoot in match-style, receiving individualized feedback and tips after each person shoots. Then your squad moves to the next stage, where another top level GM or national champion waits to teach you another skill or training method, then you’ll apply it to that stage.
Each day you will work with each instructor, completing 5 “lessons” and 5 stages per day.
Leading up to the event squadding will be organized on the GPGC practiscore page just like a match. (You will not be able to squad without having signed up on this website)
Dinner is provided Saturday evening.

Class contents: are subject to change if an instructor decides they have something better to teach, but the course contents and instructors stand as follows:
Hunter Constantine – USPSA Grandmaster and owner/founder of BELT: Constantine will be covering essentials of performance handgun, grip, recoil management, trigger control. Known for shooting Smith and Wesson stock guns in 10mm, his fundamentals are top tier. He will also be covering (more briefly as it may not apply to shooters not shooting from concealed) drawing and shooting form concealed, what to know and how to train.
Aaron Eddins – USPSA Grandmaster, US Army Marksmanship Unit Pro Shooter, an Open Division National Champion: Eddins will be teaching his process for stage planning and execution. How to approach a stage, how to weigh options, efficiency, and risk taking into account points and hit factor. Then Execution of that plan under pressure, how to perform like a top level GM.
Isaac Lockwood – USPSA Grandmaster and famous for having the fastest fund handling skills in practical shooting: Lockwood will be covering training and technique for speed and precision in draw, grip, split speed that scores good hits, and additionally shot calling, the skill that separates normal shooters from top level shooters: knowing where your bullets will hit before they get there, training and application.
Joey Sauerland – USPSA Grandmaster, Team MPA Pro Shooter, and multi-division National Champion: Sauerland will be tacking movement training. All categories of positions change, how to identify them, how to train to increase your abilities and efficiency, and also shooting on the move. How to perform the skill, how to learn and practice new movements, and how to apply it on the stage.
Mike Hwang – USPSA Grandmaster, Team MPA Pro Shooter, and #2 Open Division shooter in the world. Hwang will going into depth on maybe the most important skill in the sport: transitions. Transitions are the key time saver that also greatly effect accuracy in shooting at speed. Hwang has a process for each stage of the transition, a method to train and improve, then of course, application to the stage!
